Shipping

All orders are hand-poured and made to order. Shipping costs are based on weight and automatically calculated during checkout. Orders are shipped within four business days of purchase using USPS Priority or First Class Mail Service. Orders are individually packaged with care and should arrive within 3-5 business days of shipping. Clients will receive a notification when an order is shipped.

International Orders

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Scent City Candle Co is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refunds & Exchanges

Although it's hard to imagine you'd want to return a Scent City Candle Co product, we understand that sometimes things just don't turn out the way we expect. If our product(s) does not meet your expectations, let us know by sending an email to [email protected].

• ​Used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
• All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

In the event the product(s) is damaged during shipping, we will ship replacement product(s) within 4 business days after receiving photographic proof of the damage. Photos must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.

You may exchange your candle for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.

Sales Tax

We will collect and remit Sales & Use Tax for States as required by law. We do not impose Sales Tax on order shipped to States that we do not have a Nexus.

Privacy & Consent

When you browse our store, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

​As part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, phone number and email address. You imply that you consent to our collecting of your information for that specific reason only. During the checkout process, your payment method is verified to complete the transaction, but Scent City Candle Company will never store your payment information.

When you subscribe to our mailing list, you grant Scent City Candle Company permission to send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

If you change your mind after you opt-in, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information at anytime by contacting us at [email protected].

We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
